WIAN was tasked to create identities for 26 sister sites to be sold as raw land for agricultural and homestead use. We developed an illustrative, scenic strategy as a platform for diverse vignettes that convey the potential of these large land tracts. The warm earth tone palette and contoured lines speak to boundless possibilities and property appreciation.
