To refresh the brand and reflect the company’s pillars as service-oriented, organized, professional and friendly, the positioning line of “BC’s Leader in Residential Management” was selected to clarify Baywest’s offer and industry position. Adding a distinctive orange colour into an otherwise cold palette creates warmth and friendliness, strengthened by lifestyle imagery. Redesigned elements include the logo, stationery package, folder, brochures, magnets, bags and direct mail.
